Marek Tribedi has a longstanding special interest in encouraging organisational retention of older workers, leveraging their skills and experience for themselves and the organisation,and providing support for aspirations beyond current full time employment.
Alongside his signature corporate achievements (below) Marek discovered his passion for speaking to groups of people during his years of performing standup comedy. Reaching the sem-finals of national competitions (BBC, Daily Telegraph) Marek has been featured in several TV appearances including BBC1's Inside Out, Channel 4's Network East & HTV's Late & Live.
Created and evangelised Maximise Network while at Lloyds Banking Group in the belief that there is greater capability to be leveraged from experienced colleagues for themselves, their employer, their future beyond full time employment and benefit for the UK Economy.

Achieved Finalist Award (Top 3 in UK) for Aviva Championing an Ageing Workforce (Business In The Community) at Royal Albert Hall.
Made a significant and recognised contribution to the Organisational Inclusion and Diversity agenda, providing over 3,000 internal colleagues with forums for financial awareness signposting, introduced menopause awareness into the organisation & contributed to engagement in the experienced colleague population.
